- A study finds something that may not be surprising: in-car technology is annoying many drivers, according to a study. The study’s findings mirror a similar investigation conducted just two years ago, and a still-older study earlier in the 2000s. According to a statement from the market research firm, “Thirty-one percent of respondents say they find car technology ‘mostly or completely’ annoying during daily commutes or regular driving.” This is not the first time that studies have found frustration with modern automotive technology, including in-car infotainment systems and advanced driver-assistance systems. The same phenomenon was noted by half of all respondents.
